“After suffering so many bad relocation services, it was a pleasure to finally get someone like Jeanne who understood how things should work. Moving from UK/Poland to the US had many relocation challenges and we were so pleased to finally have someone like Jeanne to help us with anything and everything. Amongst other things, she guided us through the Connecticut Driving Licence system, sorted out our Social Security nightmares and gave us plenty of information and advice on temporary and permanent housing. However, she was equally at home talking about the simple things like the fact that a 'cooker' is called a 'range', where are the best places for kids, and where should we go out to eat or go for a game of golf. If she wasn't immediately sure about some of our obscure requests, the answer would be there the next day.
